Tonight, the Council of Ministers passed a decree interpretation of existing rules on the admission and presentation of lists of candidates in regional elections . Giorgio Napolitano, who had expressed a willingness to "evaluate" the decision of the government if it remained in an area "interpretation" of existing rules, it issued before midnight yesterday. The decree makes it clear that the deadlines for submission of lists is assured "with a proven entry into the premises of the competent court or the Court of Appeal" at the specified time, and if for any reason has not been the effective delivery of documents, delegates can complete the formalities "without delay and no later than 24 hours after the deadline." This means that lists Formigoni and Polverini were readmitted . Napolitano signed the decree of the law interpretation of the Italian government that makes some more equal than others. laws from now on will be interpreted each time they agree .
